What distinguishes our TERRA ET?

Installed flush with the ground, the TERRA ET can be driven over both transversely and longitudinally.

The electromechanical TERRA ET is verifiable, frost and de-icing salt resistant and very robust due to its high abrasion resistance.

The road vehicle scale and truck scale TERRA ET from Waagen-Döhrn is characterized by its high foundation depth of 1.30 m. This provides a very comfortable working height in the scale for cleaning and maintenance of the vehicle scale.

Our vehicle scale and truck scale TERRA-ET is delivered up to a size of 20 meters in length and 3 meters in width with a one-piece precast concrete pit and a one-piece platform. This reduces the concrete installation time at your site.

Installation of the TERRA ET

Up to a length of 20 meters, the vehicle scale TERRA ET consists of only one platform section and one pit section. All precast concrete parts are manufactured according to relevant DIN standards and with a high concrete grade of C45/55.

After a quick concrete installation of approximately 2 hours, the vehicle scale and truck scale TERRA ET is completed within a short time with modern weighing technology components individually for each customer.

We use modern, digital compression load cells for all new vehicle scales and truck scales. Digital load cells are no longer susceptible to overvoltages, interference from other cables, interference from moisture and wetness, etc., due to the method of data transmission to the weighing terminal.
In addition, they have a higher accuracy class C4 instead of C3.

We select the appropriate weighing terminal individually in consultation with you and according to your requirements. All weighing terminals are available in protection class IP69K.

After completion of the vehicle scale, we perform the conformity assessment of the scale and it can be used by you from this point on as a verified vehicle scale and truck scale.

Options for the TERRA ET

For the vehicle scale and truck scale TERRA ET, we can also offer the following option:

lateral curbs / guard rails

One option is guard rails on the side of the scale platform. This ensures that the vehicle is on the scale platform and no force shunts occur. The curbs or guard rails on the scale platform reduce the lane width by 30 cm. If you increase the total scale width to 3.30 m, the 3-meter lane is still maintained. The curb is possible not only on the platform, but also on the pit.
