The TERRA ÜS-1 vehicle and truck scale from Waagen-Döhrn is an above-ground steel scale for stationary use.
Due to the modular design of the weighing bridge and the low weight of the individual components of approx. 1.5 t, it is ideal for installation sites under loading facilities where large cranes cannot be used for assembly or where deep excavation is not possible due to
underground lines or similar.
The TERRA ÜS-1 above-ground steel vehicle scale from Waagen-Döhrn has a closed weighing bridge with a drive-on height of only 30 cm and can be delivered in special widths of 3.30 m and 3.50 m, as well as with up to 100 t. load capacity.
The electromechanical TERRA ÜS-1 vehicle and truck scale is legal-for-trade and very robust.
The TERRA ÜS-1 vehicle scale is particularly suitable for locations where deep ground work cannot be carried out due to cable routes, gas lines, etc., or under loading systems where only small mobile cranes can be used for assembly.
The TERRA ÜS-1 vehicle and truck scale can also be delivered for high load capacities of 80 t or 100 t, or in a galvanized version.
Due to the above-ground design with a drive-on height of approx. 30 cm, the TERRA ÜS-1 vehicle scale offers sufficient space for convenient cleaning and maintenance.

For all new vehicle and truck scales, we rely on modern, digital compression load cells. Due to the way data is transmitted to the weighing terminal, digital load cells are no longer susceptible to overvoltages, interference from other lines, interference from moisture and wetness, etc.
In addition, they have a higher accuracy class of C4 instead of C3.
We select the right weighing terminal individually in coordination with you and according to your requirements. All weighing terminals are available in protection class IP69K.
After completion of the vehicle scale, we carry out the conformity assessment of the scale, and from that point on, it can be used by you as a legal-for-trade vehicle and truck scale.
The TERRA ÜS-1 vehicle scale is available in a hot-dip galvanized version and with drive-on ramps.
