The TERRA ÜB road vehicle scale from Waagen-Döhrn offers sufficient space for convenient cleaning and maintenance due to its above-ground construction with a drive-on height of approx. 40 cm.
For the TERRA ÜB vehicle and truck scale, very little preparatory work is required on-site, making the TERRA ÜB suitable when deep excavation work cannot be carried out due to cable routes, gas pipelines, etc.
Likewise, our road vehicle scale does not require a direct connection to the sewage system.
The TERRA ÜB will be delivered as standard with side curbs / rub rails.
The electromechanical TERRA ÜB vehicle and truck scale is verifiable, frost and de-icing salt resistant, and very robust due to its high abrasion resistance.
Areas of Application
Our TERRA ÜB vehicle and truck scale is often used in businesses dealing with recyclables such as gravel, sand, slag, salt, or in agriculture, due to its easy cleaning options.

Installation
After a quick concrete assembly of approx. 3 hours, the TERRA ÜB vehicle scale is individually completed for each customer within a short time with modern weighing technology components. If required, the TERRA ÜB can also be easily relocated to a new site later.
Depending on its length, the TERRA ÜB consists of 1 or 2 bridge sections. All precast concrete parts are manufactured according to DIN standards and with a high concrete quality of C45/55. The TERRA ÜB can also be installed on a flat, straight, and paved surface without additional foundation work. The TERRA ÜB road vehicle scale means little effort for you in terms of on-site services.
For all new vehicle and truck scales, we rely on modern, digital compression load cells. Due to the method of data transmission to the weighing terminal, digital load cells are no longer susceptible to overvoltages, interference from other lines, interference from moisture and humidity, etc.
In addition, they have a higher accuracy class C4 instead of C3.
We select the right weighing terminal individually in consultation with you and according to your requirements. All weighing terminals are available in protection class IP69K.
After completion of the vehicle scale, we carry out the conformity assessment of the scale, and from this point on, it can be used by you as a calibrated vehicle and truck scale.

Precast Concrete Foundations
The precast concrete foundations serve to support the scale bridge and can replace the cast-in-place strip foundations. In this case, only a gravel / crushed stone layer is required on-site.
Scale Bridge with Reinforced Design
Due to a more stable construction of the scale bridge, the TERRA ÜB vehicle and truck scale can be even better designed for high-frequency operation, e.g., for multi-shift operation with corresponding load on the road vehicle scale. The construction height is increased by 5 cm.
