We modernize your scale and convert mechanical lever systems or hybrid scales to modern digital load cells. For the conversion, we inspect the on-site conditions together with you and take measurements for precise planning of the conversion. In our own metalworking shop, we can prepare required steel elements and compensate for shifts in pressure points or height differences.
In combination with a modern weighing terminal, the scale can be conformity assessed by us and is then calibrated for 3 years.
Additions such as large external displays, radio remote control, or driver self-service via check card, QR code, etc. are possible.

Modernization of Your Vehicle Scale
Does your old weighbridge have concrete spalling, is the iron reinforcement exposed, or is the edge protection angle defective but the scale pit is still in good condition? Then we have the right solution for you!
Replacement of the defective weighbridge with a new, custom-made weighbridge.
After taking measurements on site, our precast concrete plant produces a new weighbridge, adapted to the existing dimensions of the scale pit. In order to maintain a continuous gap between the weighbridge and the pit, dimensions such as 17.98 x 2.98 m are available.
Depending on the condition, position of the foundations, and depth of the old pit, new concrete foundations can be dispensed with in most cases.
Conversion kits made of hot-dip galvanized steel can be manufactured and installed to size. Together with modern digital load cells and the appropriate weighing terminal with digital display and interfaces to an EDP system, the scale is completely modernized and can be conformity assessed by us. The validity is 3 years until the next calibration of the scale.
