The TERRA ES-1 road vehicle scale from Waagen-Döhrn is ideal for installation in a hall or under loading equipment, where a large mobile crane cannot be positioned, due to the low weight of its steel modules. This also allows for easy relocation at a later date.
Due to its design, a pit depth of only 30 cm is sufficient for cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, the vehicle scale and truck scale are available in extra widths of 3.30 m and 3.50 m.
Maintenance openings are provided in the bridge for convenient cleaning and maintenance.
The electromechanical road vehicle scale TERRA ES-1 is verifiable and very robust.
Due to the modular design of the weighbridge and the low weight of the individual components (approx. 1.5 t), the TERRA ES-1 road vehicle scale is ideal for installation sites under loading equipment or in halls where large cranes cannot be used for assembly, or where deep ground excavation is not possible due to underground pipes or similar obstacles.
The TERRA ES-1 road vehicle scale from Waagen-Döhrn is a steel scale for installation in a cast-in-place concrete weighbridge pit.
The modular installation is professionally carried out on-site by our service technicians. After a quick installation of approximately 1 day, the TERRA ES-1 vehicle scale and truck scale are individually completed for each customer within a short time using modern weighing technology components.
The TERRA ES-1 road vehicle scale can be relocated to a new site at a later date.
For all new vehicle scales and truck scales, we rely on modern, digital compression load cells. Due to the nature of data transmission to the weighing terminal, digital load cells are no longer susceptible to overvoltages, interference from other lines, interference from moisture and wetness, etc.
In addition, they have a higher accuracy class C4 instead of C3.
We select the appropriate weighing terminal individually in consultation with you and according to your requirements. All weighing terminals are available in protection class IP69K.
After completion of the vehicle scale, we carry out the conformity assessment of the scale, and from that point on, you can use it as a verified vehicle scale and truck scale.
Our TERRA ES-1 road vehicle scale is available in a completely hot-dip galvanized version.
Edge protection angles for installation in a customer-provided pit can also be supplied.
