It is often used for temporary construction sites or campaigns. It has a drive-on height of less than 30 cm and can be easily cleaned.

Due to the low weight of the individual components, the TERRA ÜS-2 vehicle scale and truck scale is particularly suitable for installation under a roof or in a hall. A connection to the sewage system is not necessary.

Areas of Application for the TERRA ÜS-2

The electromechanical TERRA ÜS-2 is, of course, verifiable and very robust. The hot-dip galvanized version ensures an even longer service life.

The TERRA ÜS-2 is particularly suitable for locations where deep ground work cannot be carried out due to cable routes, gas pipelines, etc., or for temporary uses such as in agriculture or on construction sites. Companies dealing with recyclable materials such as gravel, sand, slag, etc., therefore particularly like to use the TERRA ÜS-2.

Thanks to the modular design with driving lanes of the TERRA ÜS-2 vehicle scale and truck scale, and the low weight of the individual components (approx. 1t), no crane is needed for unloading and assembly; a forklift or telehandler is sufficient. This makes the TERRA ÜS-2 road vehicle scale particularly suitable for installation under a roof or in a hall.

Installation of the TERRA ÜS-2

The TERRA ÜS-2 road vehicle scale can also be installed on a flat, straight, and paved surface without additional foundation work, thus minimizing your effort for on-site services.

After a quick assembly of approximately 5 hours, the TERRA ÜS-2 vehicle scale is individually completed for each customer in a short time with modern weighing technology components.

The TERRA ÜS-2 vehicle scale and truck scale can be easily relocated to a new site later.

For all new vehicle scales and truck scales, we rely on modern, digital compression load cells. Due to the way data is transmitted to the weighing terminal, digital load cells are no longer susceptible to overvoltages, interference from other lines, interference from moisture and wetness, etc.
They also have a higher accuracy class, C4 instead of C3.

We select the right weighing terminal individually in consultation with you and according to your requirements. All weighing terminals are available in protection class IP69K.

After completion of the vehicle scale, we carry out the conformity assessment of the scale, and from this point on, you can use it as a verified vehicle scale and truck scale.
