We supply checkweighers with dynamic weight determination without stopping the belt, or static weighing with a brief belt stop. Depending on product length, belt speed, number of products/min and belt length. On request, the scales are supplied legal-for-trade.
We design checkweighers for bulk goods in bags and cartons or liquids in canisters. Special applications can be implemented.
Depending on the application, performance and product characteristics, these determine the weight with a brief belt stop or dynamically in continuous operation.
The determined weight is divided into 5 zones according to the stored product file:
“OK” weight is within tolerance,
“TU1” and “TO1” weight is below or above tolerance respectively
“TU2” and “TO2” weight is far out of tolerance; for legal-for-trade systems, the product must be rejected.
Visually, the zones can be displayed on a signal light.
The systems feature an adjustable belt speed of the finely balanced belt conveyor and are supplied including a base frame for the required belt height.
The programmable weighing electronics with special software displays the statuses during operation on a
colour monitor. In addition, averages are calculated and the number of products per zone is shown.
On request, the weighings are output to an interface for further processing. Software adaptations and extensions can be carried out in-house.
